Pricing questions
Your plan includes a set number of dedicated hours each month. Within those hours you can send unlimited requests and revisions — we work through them in the order you prioritise.
We produce the structural and MEPF design and drawings in-house. For stamping and permit submission, we coordinate with licensed engineering partners in your project's state, so every set you receive is ready for approval in your jurisdiction.
Yes. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded between billing cycles with no penalty.
We'll either add hours for that month or move you onto the Full Project Lifecycle package, whichever works out better for you.
Hours reset each month. If you're consistently under, we'll suggest a smaller plan rather than let you overpay.
If work hasn't started, requests are refundable in full. After kickoff, unused portions are credited.
