BIM + Engineering
BIM technology fused with engineering precision for flawless execution.

What this service covers
Coordinated, clash-free models built to the LOD your project needs — so problems get solved on screen, not on site.
Discuss your project →Scope of work
Multi-Discipline Modelling
Architectural, structural and MEP models built to agreed LOD standards.
Clash Detection & Resolution
Navisworks coordination with tracked, resolved clash reports.
BIM Execution Planning
BEP, naming conventions and workflows agreed before modelling starts.
Quantity & Data Extraction
Schedules and quantities pulled straight from the model.

Get in touch →Frequently asked questions
What LOD levels do you deliver?
We deliver BIM models at LOD 200–400, depending on your project requirements. The level of detail, scope and deliverables are agreed before modelling begins.
Which BIM software do you work in?
We work with Autodesk Revit for BIM modelling and use Navisworks for coordination and clash detection. Share your required file formats so we can confirm compatibility.
Can you join our existing project mid-way?
Yes. We can review your existing models, drawings and project standards, then support your team with a clearly defined scope of work.
Can you convert 2D drawings into a BIM model?
Yes. We can develop a BIM model from available CAD drawings, PDFs and other project documents. Model accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of the source files.
Do you provide BIM coordination and clash detection?
Yes. We coordinate architectural, structural and MEP models, identify clashes and provide reports to help the project team resolve them.
What do you need to start a BIM project?
Send us your drawings or existing models, project scope, required LOD, file format, project standards and deadline. We’ll review them and confirm the deliverables and timeline.
